The DPM monitoring panel is also mass manufactured and pre-drilled and cut and painted. The door houses the pressure, air volume, temperature and humidity ransmitters, converters and alarm contacts. All transmitters are wired to terminals on the back plate which can be used to connect to external LED alarm plate indicators, chart recorders 0..10V or 4..20mA or other monitoring computers. A modbus rtu communication is always standard. Additional instruments can be incorporated. The picture shows the remote operator panels of the DPC fume hood controllers. Having these remote units in this monitoring panel means that the engineers can see and operate all functions of the remote fume hoods. All instruments can be connected to dedicated monitoring software such as WinCC Scada or others. Audit trails and compliance to FDA CFR21 Part 11 is standard.
