The CMR damper actuators have been designed for heavy duty ventilation applications where contineous moving action over a fraction of a degree is required. The gearbox has hardened precision gears and is housed in a high quality lubricated enclosure. The synchroneous electric motors are available in various power outputs which can rotate the damper in 5s for 0-90 degrees at a minimum torque of 8 Nm and a maxiumum torque of 50 Nm for a 15s 0-90 degrees rotation. Torques up to 1000 Nm can be supplied for special fumigation shut off dampers or process controls. The actuators are to IP65. A feed back position potentiometer as well as two additional limit switches are fitted for open and closed indication. Purpose made couplings have a tight and direct connection to the damper. A hand overide handle is standard.
The CMR VM series damper actuators have been designed for normal ventilation applications where contineous moving action over a fraction of a degree is required. The VMS30's synchroneous electric motor can rotate the damper in 30s for 0-90 degrees at a maximum torque of 4 Nm. It has a feed back potentiometer and 2 additional limit switches to signal the open and closed position. The VMSM05 actuator has a dc motor and runs at 4s 0-90 degrees and has 4 Nm. It can be directly driven by the DPC or DPM controllers. The actuators are to IP44. A normal clamp on mechanisme secures the motor on the damper shaft. A hand overide button is standard.
