The VFR control valve is designed for high accuracy Variable or constant air volume control in high specification such as Laboratories, Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals and Process Control Applications. The valve is made galvaised sheet metal and is butt laser welded to have a smooth internal wall. It is an air tight shut off damper to Din 1946 Part 4 and a CMR Flow probe air volume measurement device is fitted. Rubber lips are standard on either side to push into and seal in standard spiral ducting. A bracket is welded to the valve to hold the actuator and controller. The unit is fully factory commissioned and works on 24Vac.. 110V or 230Vac power supplies are available complete with plug.
